ETA to celebrate Annamaiah Jayanthi

Hyderabad, Oct 1 :

 To popularize Annamaiah Sankeertanas, the European Telugu Association (ETA) under the aegis of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and Department of Culture, Government of Andhra Pradesh, will organize 601st Annamaiah Jayanthi Utsav at Balagi Temple in Birmingham in United Kingdom from October 9 to October 11.

In the three days Utsav, the ETA will conduct various cultural programmes to preserve and propagate Telugu cultural heritage and maintain the identity of people of Telugu origin. The cultural programmes to be conducted on the occasion include Bhajagovindam, Srinivasa Kalyanam, Sahastra Deepalankarana, Chanting of Hanuman Chalisa and Sri Sai Bhajana Sandhya.

The ETA has asked the members and other devotees, who wants to participate in the event, to register their names with the association and make the programme a grand success. Many stars from the Telugu film industry are also attending the programme.
