His project with Koratala Shiva is getting delayed due to multiple reasons. He has is next with Prashant Neel of KGF fame and rumours have it that Ntr is planning to take forward his project with Buchchi Babu Sana. He is also in talks with Vetrimaaran.

In the meantime, speculation is on as to why did Ntr consult the doctor. Reports are coming that doctors have given a shocking advice to Ntr. Inside talk is Ntr has been suffering from shoulder pain and doctors advised him four weeks rest. This is coming as a shock to Ntr.

Ntr created a sensation with his intense and powerful performance in his role of Komaram Bheem in Rajamouli's magnum opus RRR. Many expected him to take his next project forward quickly but he is facing many hurdles.
