Darshanam Mogulaiah from Telangana shot to fame for using his unique instrument  12-stair Kinnera an indigenous musical instrument. He with his songs on the instrument brought recognition to the dying art. He shot to fame by singing the title song in Pawan Kalyan's upcoming entertainer Bheemla Nayak.

Mogulaiah who is living in extreme poverty many times refused financial assistance. According to the latest, Mogulaiah got top honor from the Government of India. Union Government recognized his talent and honored him with the Padma Sri award. Bheemla Nayak's team congratulated Mogulaiah for the achievement. They posted “Congratulations to Shri Darshanam Mogilaiah garu, who has been conferred with 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 for his endless service to Art. After the Telangana formation, Darshanam Mogulaiah displayed his talent in the presence of delegates from 52 countries, performing on his 12 stair Kinnera.
