Movie lovers are jubilant with the AP high court's verdict on the suspension of the  G.O.No.35 which is intended to reduce the film ticket rates and limiting the benefit shows. Ever since the verdict of the HC is out, celebrations have been kickstarted by the film lovers.

In what could be said a strange act of the collectorate of the Guntur district is that a Press Note for the film exhibitors was released for the effective implementation of the G.O.No.35. The exhibitors are warned to take severe action if the ticket prices are hiked and benefit shows are screened.

Is it a contempt of the court from the collectorate? No way. The collectorate might not have received the copies of the HC's judgment as such aforementioned Press Note was released.

"Collector is not innocent to release the Press Note against the HC's ruling. Perhaps, HC's verdict copies haven't been received by the office concerned," opined an observer.
