Charan or Vijay: Who will wear 'Jersey'?

Gautam Tinnanuri after impressing all with Malli Raava made a powerful impact with Natural Star Nani's sports-based entertainer Jersey. The film went on to win the national award and Gautam is busy with the film's remake in Bollywood with the same title. The film stars Shahid Kapoor reprising Nani's role in the original.

In the meantime, speculation started increasing about Gautam's upcoming entertainers. Earlier rumors spread that Gautham Tinnanuri narrated a story to Mega Power Star Ram Charan and he liked the line and the project will take off soon. Even before that rumor spread that Gautham Tinnanuri would direct Stylish Star Allu Arjun.

Official announcement did not come and now reports are coming that Gautham Tinnanuri would direct Rowdy Star Vijay Devarakonda. Vijay Devarakonda is currently starring in Liger and his next is not yet announced. Gautham according to sources will direct Vijay Devarakonda before directing Ram Charan. An official announcement regarding the same is awaited. Reports came earlier that Vijay Devarakonda will star in Sukumar's direction but with Sukumar busy with Allu Arjun's Pushpa, Vijay is exploring other options.
