Funny: Uppena In Vikramarkudu

While Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy brought recognition to Vijay Sethupathi in Telugu, Uppena made him a star here. Now, cashing in on Vijay Sethupathi’s current craze, his previous Tamil films are being dubbed in Telugu. One such film is Junga which is releasing in Telugu as Vikramarkudu.

As is known, Vikramarkudu was the title of SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster film with Ravi Teja. Junga directed by Gokul was released to a mixed reviews and it ended up as a flop in Tamil. Vikramarkudu title is used to grab the attention and interestingly Vijay Sethupathi’s still from Uppena is also included in the poster.

Since it is three years old film and Vijay Sethupathi looked clean-shaven in the film, they have included Uppena poster to generate some buzz. Sayyesha and Madonna Sebastian played heroines opposite Vijay Sethupathi in the film. Vikramarkudu will be hitting the screens on March 5th.
