AVPL Fails To Beat Sarileru Neekevvaru

Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramloo holds the record TRP for any Telugu film ever for ite television premiere with the TV rating of 29.4. The Trivikram Srinivas directed film that starred Pooja Hegde in female lead broke the previous record of- superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru that got 23.4, by huge margin.

However, Ala Vaikunthapurramloo got poor TRP in its second telecasting on TV. The film received just 7.91 TRP for its second time telecasting. It may be mentioned here that, the Anil Ravipudi directorial got 17.4 TRP for its second telecasting.

Repeated telecast in local channels, availability of the film on two OTT platforms and wrong time telecasting are said to be the reason behind the poor show of AVPL in its second time telecasting.

Currently, Allu Arjun is shooting for his new film Pushpa under the direction of Sukumar. Rashmika Mandanna is the leading lady in the film.
