Why Nani's Shyam Singha Roy Changed Hands?

It was a big surprise when the news came out that Natural Star Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy changed the hands. Naga Vamsi who produced Nani’s previous film Jersey was supposed to produce Shyam Singha Roy as well. However, he backed out all of the sudden and the project went into the hands of Venkat Boyinapalli. Here’s the actual reason behind changing hands.

Naga Vamsi incurred losses with Jersey, though the film received unanimous positive talk. Overspending was the reason behind the film’s failure. Producer Naga Vamsi doesn’t want to repeat the mistake. Thus, he asked director Rahul Sankrityan whether he can cut down the budget. However, Nani as well as Rahul didn’t compromise as it will affect the outcome of the project.

Nani will begin Shyam Singha Roy, after wrapping up his ongoing film Tuck Jagadish. Unfortunately, the shoot got stalled again as a crew member tested corona positive.
