Young Producers Daring Corona For A Valid Reason

The film industry has been closed for the past four and a half months. Many Tollywood top producers are seeing huge losses due to it. However, much to the surprise of all young producers are announcing new projects. This is surprising all as to why young producers are taking a huge risk and daring corona.

Inside talk is young Tollywood producers are daring with the confidence that if not theatres, they have OTTs. Sometime back small film producers who used to make low budget films with newcomers faced huge difficulty to get their films released in theatres. There used to be an allegation that top producers and theatres mafia never allowed their films. But things changed for good for these young producers.

Due to the prevailing situation, there is no chance for theatrical releases. So, all those films that are ready for release in theatres are looking towards the OTT platform. While big-budget filmmakers are wondering whether OTT release will work out for them, small films are however making profits getting released on OTTs. However, of late even top producers are trying to make the best use of the OTT market.

Though returns are less, the future will be more in OTT and so the top producers are trying to enter into OTTs. While few created their own OTTs, few are contemplating the same.
