Will Audience Accept Her Chiru's Sister?

There was a fun filled interaction between Megastar Chiranjeevi and veteran number one heroine Vijayashanthi on the dais of Sarileru Neekevvaru film pre release event, when Megastar graced the chief guest of the event. Vijayashanthi too expressed her wish to play a heroine in Chiranjeevi's films. 

If at all ongoing rumours are anything to go by, Vijayashanthi is known to have been approached by Lucifer remake's film team for Chiranjeevi's estranged sister role. But then, will audience accept this then top heroine who played female lead in 19 films of Chiranjeevi?

If at all her role is designed to ensure she would exhibit powerful performance, then she can surely do Chiranjeevi's sister. However, we need to wait for more days to get clarity on Chiranjeevi's sister character in the film.
