Bunny And Team Fail To Deliver The Promise!

Makers of stylish star Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramloo had come up with a statement nearly three months ago that their film won’t be available on OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Video or Netflix. Everybody appreciated makers of the film for the bold move and they were hailed for setting an example.

In fact, the OTT mediums have literally killed the overseas market of Telugu films to a large extent, particularly in the USA. Overseas buyers were actually relieved with the statement on the poster that reads: “You Won’t See This On Amazon Prime Video Or Netflix.”

But, the makers had failed to deliver their promise as digital rights of AVPL were sold to Netflix for a gigantic price. Apparently, they would come up with a declaration that, the film will be uploaded only after few weeks of the film’s theatrical outing. Still, it is not a smart decision.

It seems AVPL team had made the statement only to please overseas buyers who bet big on the Trivikram Srinivas directorial. Do they know about the latest development?

Ala Vaikunthapurramloo features Pooja Hegde in female lead role while Tabu, Sushanth and Navdeep will be seen in crucial roles. The film is slated for Sankranthi release.
