AVPL Inspired by Dev Anand and NTR Films?

Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramloo is one of the highly anticipated films of Tollywood at the moment. As of now, the makers have left no hint on the plot of the film except to release lyrical videos in a row. 

Finally, here are some tidbits on the film's story which are making rounds on net. It's heard that AVPL's basic concept has been inspired by late NTR's Inti Guttu released in 1958. And then, Inti Guttu, itself, is a freemake of Dev Anand's Munimji. 

As per the story, Allu Arjun is born to rich parents Jayaram and Tabu but is brought up by Murali Sharma and Rohini. This exchange of kids at their birth is neither known to Tabu-Jayaram couple nor Murali Sharma-Rohini couple. What happens once Allu Arjun knows the fact forms the rest of the story. 

AVPL is being helmed by Trivikram under mega producer Allu Aravind and Radhakrishna's production houses. Pooja Hegde is doing Allu Arjun's love interest. The film is slated for release on January 12.
