Tollywood filmmakers and stars have the fascination not only for other language heroines but also for other language actors. Though there are many local actresses and character artists who are even more talented than them, the makers insult them and even go to the extent of paying a bomb and roping in other language actors.
Already actresses with origin from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are not getting offers. Now same is the case with the character actors. Filmmakers are roping in other language actors like Prakash Raj, Vijay Sethupathi, Samuthirakani, Vivek Oberoi for other important roles. Now Boyapati Srinu is set to cast Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in Balakrishna's next.
As Sanjay Dutt is demanding a whopping amount, they are negotiating with him. Mythri Movie Makers are paying more than Rs 5crs for Vijay Sethupathi for his role in Uppena. Samuthirakani is also charging a staggering pay for his roles in Telugu.
A source reveals that producers are ready to pay around Rs 20 lakhs per day to other language actors but when they come to Telugu actors, they don’t even come to pay mere Rs 2-3 lakhs per day and try to negotiate with them.
