Varun Tej’s Mega Target With Valmiki

Almost all the mega heroes have huge following in mass audience which is the reason why they will most probably stick to commercial films. Among all the mega heroes, Varun Tej is the only actor who is by and large doing class entertainers like Mukunda, Kanche, Fidaa, Tholi Prema etc.

But, he is now coming up with a commercial mass entertainer Valmiki which is an official remake of Tamil hit Jigarthanda. Apparently, Varun Tej’s intention in doing Valmiki is to delight mass mega fans who have been waiting to see him in a complete mass role.

In fact, the market for mass entertainers is vast, compared to that of class and family entertainers. So, besides making him close to masses, Valmiki will also enlarge Varun Tej’s market.

Valmiki trailer that was released couple of days ago showed Varun Tej in never seen before mass avatar.  Though the film was a remake, director Harish Shankar is said to have made enough changes and it was clearly evident in the trailer.

Varun Tej’s appearance, his dialogues in Telangana dialect and body language have got good response. If Valmiki scores a hit at box office, then Varun Tej would dare to do commercial entertainers on regular basis like other mega heroes.
