Will Chiru Agree Such A Passive Role?

Mega Star Chiranjeevi who is all set to show his power as a freedom fighter for the first time on silver screen with his upcoming entertainer Sye Raa which is a biopic on freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, is readying for his next under the direction of Koratala Siva.

Expectations are increasing on the project as Koratala who teamed with top stars gave blockbusters to all of them. In the midst of all this speculation is increasing on Chiru-Koratala's storyline. 

Earlier rumors spread that Koratala will show Chiru in two powerful roles and he will send a powerful message to the society fighting for the cause of farmers. Another rumor has it that the film will be a patriotic entertainer and Chiru will highlight the greatness and rich tradition of India across the country.

Even as mega fans are getting excited on Mega Star's powerful role and message, another rumor is spreading that Chiranjeevi will be seen as a hockey coach in the lines of Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan's hit film Chak De India.

But many are wondering whether Chiranjeevi will give green signal to don the passive role. It is known that fans and movie lovers throng theatres to enjoy Chiranjeevi's dances and stunts and enjoy other mass mannerisms. But Shah Rukh's role in Chak De India is passive and he let the hockey team hog the limelight. 

Chiranjeevi played a similar role in Shankar Dada Zindabad, remake of Bollywood hit Lage Raho Munnabhai which did not do well at the box office. The first one, Shankar Dada MBBS, remake of Munnabhai MBBS attracted as it had all the mass elements.
