Cops Thrashed Young Hero 36 Times

Young hero Nikhil who couldn't continue his successful run after films like Swamy Ra Ra, Karthikeya and Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavaada is now pinning all his hopes on his upcoming entertainer Arjun Suravaram. Nikhil is romancing Lavanya Tripathi in the film which is a remake of Tamil hit Kanithan. Nikhil is promoting the film directed by TN Santosh in a unique manner turning reporter and interviewing various celebrities.

In the meantime Nikhil made startling revelations saying director TN Santosh had taken utmost care to get the right kind of expressions. He revealed, “One shot of mine took 36 takes. A police officer was supposed to beat me, so that I should fall on the ground with that force. I was beaten up 36 times. I had to do it.”

Arjun Suravaram is slated for a grand release on May 1st. Rajkumar Akella and Kaviya Venugopal under Movie Dynamix LLP in association with Auraa Cinemas Pvt Ltd are bankrolling Arjun Suravaram. The film's trailer will be launched at 10 AM on April 25th.
