Pawan Kalyan, chief of Janasena Party is finalizing candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh. In the midst of all this, speculation is increasing about the constituency from where he would contest.

Couple of days back reports came that Pawan based on the response for  his Porata Yatra from the people is planning to contest either from Eluru in West Godavari district or Pithapuram from East Godavari district or Gajuwaka from Visakhapatnam district and Janasena cadre are surveying where Pawan gets maximum support.

Now, reports suggest that Pawan is having second thoughts and is planning to contest from either Anantapur or Tirupati or Palakol. However many feel Palakol is TDP stronghold and in 2009, even his brother Chiranjeevi faced shock defeat at the hands of Congress candidate Usha Rani, despite Palakol being Chiranjeevi's hometown. So Palalol may be risky for Pawan Kalyan.

Even Anantapur is TDP stronghold and Janasena is not strong there with the main fight is between TDP and YSRCP. People feel Anantapur is not the right option for Pawan Kalyan

Many feel Tirupathi is the best choice for Pawan Kalyan. Chiranjeevi too won from Tirupati in 2009. People feel Pawan can easily win from this safe seat unless TDP and YSRCP field strong candidates against Pawan Kalyan.
