When Chiru Calculation Went Wrong!

Everyone knows that Mega camp films pass through the tough  scrutiny of Chiranjeevi before getting green signal, pass through rigorous tests during story discussions, rough cuts, final outputs and even during the editing table formalities.

Many directors say Chiranjeevi's judgement and valuable suggestions turned their projects into blockbusters. But not every time so. No wonder, where did Chiranjeevi's calculation went wrong for Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Ram Charan's  action entertainer released couple of days back got record collections on the first day breaking even Baahubali records. However the divided talk and the film's content came as a shock even to die hard Mega fans.

They are heard to be furiously questioning how can Boyapati Srinu come with such illogical scenes to elevate the heroism of Ram Charan considering his following in masses. Inside talk is Chiranjeevi gave green signal to Vinaya Vidheya Rama even before Rangasthalam. He felt that if Rangasthalam directed by Sukumar turns out to be a disaster, then Ram Charan can comeback strongly with Vinaya Vidheya Rama. However it turned the other way round. While Rangasthalam broke all non Baahubali records, Vinaya Vidheya Rama is turning out to be a disaster giving a huge shock to mega compound.

Truth is, Boyapati narrated a single line story and included all the illogical scenes during the shoot time. The idea of showing Charan as Rambo and in the lines of Chiranjeevi in Khaidi too was that of Boyapati. 

People are heard commenting, had Boyapati instead of elevating Cherry's mass heroism concentrated on logical loopholes in the storyline, it would have turned out into a safe project like Racha, Nayak and Yevadu.
