Shankar Prasad peeved at his son Naga Shourya not getting the much wanted break on screen in Tollywood took a daring step and produced romantic entertainer Chalo under reasonable budget. He released the film on advance basis and made good profits as the film turned out to be a decent hit.

Over the moon with the brand value his son got with Chalo, Shankar Prasad started his next titled Narthanasala directed by debutante Srinivasa Rao. It is coming out that he is spending whopping Rs 10crs budget.

Apart from shooting most of the part in RFC and erecting an extravagant set worth Rs 60lakhs for a song in Annapurna Studious, a song has been planned in the exotic locations of Italy, the makers are spending 2crs just on publicity.

Chalo publicity attracted everyone in the industry. Rs 1crs 30 lakhs has been spent on publicity for Chalo. Now the makers increased publicity cost by another 70 lakhs. Recently they took entire media to the set and showed them the sets and also treated them with sumptuous meals.

The makers got good publicity for Chalo with extensive media interaction and seems like they are following the same strategy for Narthanasala as well.
