Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan and his better half Anna took part in foundation laying stone ceremony in Guntur for the construction of a house and Janasena party office. Neither TDP nor YCP criticized Power Star on his initiative of acquiring land in Khaja of Guntur. 

However, a jealous man from twitter and a few others expressed doubts how Power Star owned the land just for Rs.20 lakhs per an acre when it got the demand of Rs.20 crores in the market. 

Of late, Pawan Kalyan is not only taking a dig at ruling party's corruption and YCP blunders quite aggressively, but also is giving fitting retorts to the allegations made on him. 

Pawan Kalyan posted the documents link and above hand-written letters defending his move on acquiring land is right. He said AP Registrations Department itself valued to the cost of the land as Rs.20 lakhs. At this ratio, he owned the land of Rs.2 acres in Guntur.

As per a common practice, if any top celeb owns a site or other property at any place, automatically, the prices of land rates increase abnormally in surrounding 100 acres of land. In such scenario, the owner, who sold out the land to Power Star, hits the gold mine, as his land's prices in nearest place of Pawan Kalyan's site have raised unexpectedly high. Some people felt the realtor woudl have given land to Pawan Kalyan for free of cost for this extreme favour done by the Janasena chief.
