Nayan's Karthavyam Trailer Review

Karthavyam is the Telugu version of critically acclaimed 2017's Tamil film Aramm starred by Nayantara. Since the film is slated for release on March 16, team Karthavyam unveiled theatrical trailer today kickstarting the promotional activities. 

Karthavyam is about a four and half year old girl Dhanshika who falls into a deep borewell and rescue operations being made under the supervision of collector Nayantara to save the girl's life. While doing her responsibilities, Nayan faces a wrath from her superiors to get the operation stopped. 

Yet, Nayan remains adamant at her work irrespective of political factors and bureaucrasy. "Ippudu nannu evaru apaalani choosina sarey, naa karthavyanni nenu nirvarthisthanu", she challenges in confidence. Rest of the story maybe formed whether the girl is rescued or not.

Nayan's intriguing performance impresses everyone in this thriller while director Gopi Nainar's message oriented social theme may touch the hearts of audience. Sharrat Marrar, who scored a big hit with Adirindhi, comes up again with Karthavyam. Ghibran's BGM is adequate.
