Official: Rajini Enters Politics

It's all official now. The darling of masses and legendary Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth confirmed his political entry today. Speaking on the last day of his interaction with fans at Raghavendra Function Hall at Kodambakkam in Chennai, Rajinikanth proclaimed that he would be contesting in 2021's assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. 

Making his fans elated, Rajini, further, said he would float a new political party and would field candidates for all 234 constituencies in the state. He made it clear that he had taken this decision seeking a change in the system. Following are the excerpts of his speech.

* I will float new political party and will contest in all the constituencies in next general elections.

* I enter politics neither for power nor for money.

* I want to bring a change.

* Existing political parties are looting the state. Corruption is found everywhere. 

* Like the kings invaded kingdoms then, and so are the rulers doing it the same on people.

* I ensure spiritual governance. 

* I don't contest in the local body polls. 

Post the historical announcement was made by the superstar, fans' jubilation has grown by leaps and bounds and they have bursted crackers. However, Rajini hasn't disclosed his party's agenda, ideology, documentation vice versa. He is likely to reveal more details of his political party in near future.
