Any Takers for Baahubali Series Films?

Earth shattering success of 'Baahubali' in multi-languages made Telugu cinema reaching next level. There's no one who suspects, 'Baahubali 2' would be creating lesser impact than 'Baahubali' at the box office. 

Needless to say, the credit of 'Baahubali's success is attributed to VFX dempartment which ensured numerous jaw dropping scenes in the film. Of course, the captain of the ship, Rajamouli conceived the film as a magnum opus.

Hitherto, Rajamouli in several of his interviews, said that there would be 'Baahubali 3' with the same team of the cast and the crew. But then, latest reports suggest that the ace filmmaker dropped his idea of making subsequent sequels of the project with the same combo. Instead, 'Baahubali' franchise would be existing through which films would be made with new cast, crew and subject with Mahishmathi' backdrop. These films will be helmed by other directors under the joint production of Arka Media and Rajamouli.

However, million dollar question is that whether any star hero would work these films to be helmed by other directors. Even if any hero comes forward, his status is considered to be degraded among movie buffs. Maybe the makers will get non-star heroes to enact these films as protagonists. 

Meanwhile, entire regular shoot of 'Baahubali' will be wrapped up by 27th of this month. A grand pumpkin breaking ceremony has been planned by team 'Baahubali 2' on December 31.
