No One Talking About Those 7 Crs!

The early promotional buzz generated for ‘Jayammu Nishchayammu Raa’ was centered on only two points. One is ‘O Rangula Chiluka’ song and second is N Krishna Reddy of ‘Inkokkadu’ fame bagged the negative rights of JNR throwing away a fancy price of Rs. 7 Crores to Shiva Raj Kanumuri. Now that movie opened to average to above average reports, recovering 7 Crores (through theatrical and satellite rights) investment seems to be an impossible task.

Basically, Srinivas Reddy isn’t a big hero to shoulder a full length film filled with pathos and seriousness rolled in parts. Many comedians ranging from Krishna Bhagawan to Praveen had their presence yet humor was not up to expected level. Apparently, makers have also resorted to scissoring of 15 minutes runtime but it’s too late by now.

All in all, if 7 Crores is just a promotional stint played for the sake of pre release publicity, then Krishna Reddy and Shiva Raj Kanumuri can be considered utmost safe else if the matter is really true, it can be rated as one more poor judgment.
