'A sound mind is in a sound body' is one of the best proverbs which is of Greek origin insists that the mind and body should be both healthy and sound. A sound body means a healthy body, free from diseases and it does not bulky body.

It is of the common notion that an athletic body is needed by only athletes, police and the other people who do their jobs straining physically. In fact, physically fit and chiseled body is the must for everyone and all to get the confidence to the greater quarters.

Obviously, heroes and other actors of film industries should do heavy Workouts to get muscular bodies. It doesn't mean they've to grow six pack or eight pack abs. They just need to have get good looks with their shapely and slim appearances. 

It is heard that some of the actors are not paying much attention on Workouts thus losing control over their physical appearances. Especially, they are growing fat in their abdominal and butt regions which resulted them getting poor looks. On the other hand, some of the actors are looking aged owing to lack of control on their physic. Especially, when doing the films with different genres like mythological, historical and folklore entertainers, actors should work hard else, they may get bitter results with their films due to their poorly shaped looks.
