The inescapable comparisons between Nivin Pauly and Malayalam ‘Premam’ with Naga Chaitanya and Telugu ‘Premam’ have been worrying whole unit. In fact, ‘Evare’ song and Chaitu’s facial expressions were ruthlessly trolled in social media platforms. Nevertheless, Shruti Hasan’s Malar character is also farcically trolled generating a disinterest with the Telugu remake. As a saving grace, the recently released ‘Premam’ audio and trailer are received to appreciations.

Reacting on the social media trolls, Chaitu expressed his unhappiness. ‘I’ve heard about these trolls and seriously got upset. I have lot of respect for the original ‘Premam.’ We tried our best to retain the original essence. This film is close to my heart and my real life. I just loved each and every day working on ‘Premam.’ Most importantly, I am confident about repeating the original success in Telugu too,’ said Chaitu.

Despite the confidence exhibited by Naga Chaitanya, definitely ‘Premam’ has to go a long way to match Nivin Pauly, Sai Pallavi, Anupama Parameshwaran and Madonna Sebastian’s magic. 'Premam' is all set for a grand release on October 7th.
