Poor word of mouth on Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' has started showing its effect on the collections of the film. A dip in collections of the movie was seen in B, C and D centers of Telugu states. 

The makers of the film, however, have taken damage control measures to pull the crowd into theaters. According to reports, 5 minutes in the first half and 7 minutes in the second half which put together 12 minutes length of the film has been chopped off. The trimmed version will be screened from Monday.

Having been released amidst huge hype and hoopla, 'Kabali' received earth shattering openings on the release day and collected around Rs.50 crores share across the globe including all of its versions. The movie has been directed by Pa Ranjith. Radhika Apte is the heroine.
