TDP to Take over Sakshi Media?

Here is an embarrassing news for those people who crave for media's freedom. of expression. The AP financial minister, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu told the media men yesterday that the AP government would acquire Sakshi newspaper and Sakshi news channel within two or three days. He also added the union government gave its nod for acquiring Sakshi media while the President of India had given his approval. 

Sakshi is one among the few media in AP which focuses on government's failures.  It is also being said that MSOs of coastal district have already stopped telecasting Sakshi channel's programs today, in connection with Mudragada's deeksha. 

Earlier, sincere journalists like Kommineni had to walk out of a top news channel for raising voice against ruling party's blunders in administration. People of AP are requesting the government of AP to respect media's freedom of expression.
