Ancient king Goutamiputra Satakarni's role will be played by Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna soon for his historical movie 'Yodhudu', which is also the prestigious 100th film of the actor. Satakarni was the son of Goutami and so was the name given to him as 'Goutamiputra Satakarni'. Also, it is understood that Goutami's role in the movie will get prominence according to the story.
The makers are heard to have contemplated to rope in for veteran Bollywood beauty and dream girl Hema Malini for Rajamatha Goutami's role. But then, she appears to be too old to play that role. She was last seen in 'Arakshan' released in 2011.
The production team is also pondering to choose Shobhana as Balakrishna's mother role in 'Yodhudu'. It remains to be seen whether above actresses give their nod to work for the project or not. Meanwhile, some of the observers are suggesting veteran heroine Goutami, who acknowledged a grand comeback with 'Papanasham', can be roped in for Goutami's role in the film. This is not just because Goutami's name similar to Goutami's character in the film but also she seems to be the perfect fit for the role.
