Director Harish Shankar is quite on high with decent success of ‘Subramanyam for Sale.’ The ‘Gabbar Singh’ director known for catching the pulse of mass audience upright is all in the process of locking his next script. Apparently, he is working on the remake of ‘Special Chabbis’ script which is now in final stages.
In fact, Tamil producer cum actor Thyagarajan is the one who bought ‘Special Chabbis’ Telugu and Tamil remake rights. When he was unable to find the right artist and director to take up the re-writing of script work, he kept the project on hold. Harish Shankar is although allotted this project work nearly a year ago; he could not spend much time due to ‘Subramanyam for Sale’ obligation.
Raviteja enjoys a superb rapport with Harish and if the script comes out satisfactory there will be no stoppage for this combination to land on sets by end of this year. Meanwhile, Mass Maharaj has to pack up ‘Bengal Tiger.’ Let us see, how good is Harish’s re-written script?
