The 'tainted' ministers' issue continued to rock the State Legislative Assembly with the opposition parties paralysing the proceedings for the fifth consecutive day on Friday.
As soon as the House met, the TDP members started raising slogans demanding dismissal of six 'tainted' ministers who have received notices from the Supreme Court in connection with the illegal assets case of Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. They also demanded that the controversial 26 GOs be placed before the House.
Legislative Affairs Minister D Sridhar Babu said that the controversince GOs could not be placed as the CBI enquiry has been going on into the case and it was also pending in the Supreme Court. However, TDP deputy floor leader P Ashok Gajapathi Raju argued that when 2G scam, which was being probed by the CBI and the case was also going on in the Supreme Court, could be discussed in the Parliament, then why the GOs could not be discussed. Further, he said when liquor scam could be discussed in the House, then the government should not have any reservations in placing the controversial GOs before the House.
Ashok Gajapathi Raju accused the Legislative Affairs of misleading the House. He said the government would discuss the issue only if believes in transparency. G Mallesh of CPI and Lakshmi Narayana of BJP also demanded that the GOs be placed before the House.
However, CPM's J Ranga Reddy's remarks that the issue could be debated only if Speaker Nadendla Manohar wants it raised furore in the House with members of treasury benches demanding him to take back his words. Dr Jaya Prakash Narayana of Lok Satta also advocated debate on the controversial GOs in the House and said that the ministers should have a sense of accountability.
While Tourism Minister Vatti Vasanth Kumar accused the TDP of wasting the time of the House, Roads and Buildings Minister B Dharmana Prasad defended the ministers and said they had only received notices from the Supreme Court and were not made accused in the case. He asked the TDP members to submit evidence, instead of leveling allegations against the ministers.
However, TDP MLA P Kesava alleged that the State Government was tampering with the evidence in the case and that was the reason why it was hesitant to place the GOs before the House.
With no signs of normalcy returning to the House, the Speaker adjourned the House at about 9.45 am for half-an-hour. When the House met against at 11.20 am, the TDP members continued with their slogan shouting.
Amidst the furore three government bills were introduced and in about four minutes, Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka adjourned the House till Monday.

However much to the disappointment , it turned even worse. But there are many scenes and characters that looked forced and out of sync to the story.While the first half after the initial confusion, turns interesting in the run up to the interval and brings an end setting to the exciting second half, the second half sinks even further. There are many unnecessary characters and the flat narration and uninspiring execution played the spoil sport. The flashback episodes undoes all the good intentions. Everything ended up irritating and testing the patience of the viewers.The music and background tuned by Jakes Bejoy turned out to be a disappointing affair. He tried to elevate the scenes that offered nothing new. In this film, the age gap is reduced to just around 13 years unlike in Vishwanath &amp; Sons where it was more than 20 years.Right from the start till the finish, Girish AD included many scenes and hilarious elements to bring smiles and create a laughing riot in the theatres. The first half sails through smoothly with racy screenplay and sets the stage for the second half. However the second half falls apart with slow narration. Couple of scenes that come with twists may surprise common viewers but those who are used to watch such films find them predictable. But once those twists are revealed it is just a matter of time as to how the proceedings are brought to a logical conclusion.The first half filled with romantic and bold scenes is in complete contrast to the second half filled with couple of twists. There are many female actresses but none of them got a powerful role to make an impact. Geetu Mohan Das tried to attract viewers with brother sister relationship, father -son sentiment and many romantic elements but everything looks disjointed and ended up testing the patience of all and irritating them.Even when people wait patiently praying for the end, they will get another shock in the pre climax and climax with psychological elements. The story has many threads but none of them are answered in a convincing manner and few of them despite the lengthy runtime left unanswered and the screenplay turned ridiculous to the core. The direction turned out to be a huge disappointment. The script turned out to be lackluster. Dialogues are just ok and dubbing made the matters worse.Geetu Mohan Das completely failed to do justice to the stardom of Yash and his character turned listless and aimless on the screen. When the main character itself turned out in this way, one can imagine the characterisation of other roles. What surprises all is that the director did not include a female lead in the film. He showed the female character as the sister to the three main characters.The dialogues are entertaining and natural, and none of them look forced and out of sync. The interval bang is done well turning the first half into a decent one. The second half continues in the same manner, and the screenplay and narration goes in a smooth and sedate manner.However for all the positives, the director after highlighting the conflict point and establishing it quite well, ends the film in a flat manner, disappointing all.The cinematography of SVK showed the Hyderabad old city vibes in a natural and realistic way. He used the camera angles to perfection and showed the nightlife and also the day hustles quite well and in an effective manner.The background score of Smaran Sai is good and complemented the proceedings, adding value to the narration. He came up with foot-tapping songs highlighting the old city culture and Deccani flavor. The editing of Rohit Penumasta is ok but could have been better, as there are a few drags that slowed the pace of the narration. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters.
