Chiru heaps praises on NTR

Praja Rajyam Party chief Chiranjeevi who is on a whirlwind tour  of Andhra Pradesh, in a bid to revive his party's sagging image  showered praises on late NT Rama Rao.

Addressing a meeting at Chittoor here on Wednesday, he said the  late NTR introduced prohibition. Above all, he took good care to implement prohibition strictly in the State.

But, later Chandrababu Naidu who took over as the Chief  Minister gave some leeway for prohibition in the state. Dr YS Rajasekahar Reddy who took over from Chandrababu Naidu did  not change the liquor policy and  now  it is  free.

Chiru seeemed to have developed animosity with late YSR’s  family. On the other hand, he has showered praises on TDP rule.

The PRP chief even acclaimed the welfare measures taken up by  late NTR. The recent war of words between Chiru and Jagan’s  camp might have led him to utter these words.
