In the Mahanadu, TDP is planning to show massive strength ahead of the elections. Apart from it, the party will formulate strategies ahead of the 2024 elections. Chandra Babu is expected to make a few major announcements and also induct few leaders from YSRCP who are disillusioned with CM Jagan's role. Former Minister, suspended leader of YSRCP, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, and Nellore MLA Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy is expected to join the party.

Sources say the party's decision to hold Mahanadu in Rajahmundry is a strategic decision as it happens to be dominated by Kapus a strong supporters of Pawan Kalyan and his Jana Sena party.
