The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the hearing on allocating 30 percent posts to diploma holders and 70 per cent to both bachelor and diploma holders in the District Selection Committee 2008 examination.
After hearing the arguments, the apex court adjourned the case for further hearing.
Reacting on the apex court adjourning the DSC case, Primary Education Minister D Manikya Vara Prasad told reporters in Hyderabad the postings to selected candidates were further delayed due to cases pending in various courts.
He said the government would take the advice of Advocate General to solve the legal problems in connection with the issue.
