A person by name Shiva from Tenali filled a complaint with Tadepalli police station alleging that Pawan Kalyan 's convoy disturbed his concentration while driving his bike and he suffered injuriesv on his way to Ippatam. It is known that Pawan Kalyan went on a rally to Ippatam to interact with the villagers whose houses were destroyed by the AP government in the pertext of road widening though the real reason was that they attended the rally of Pawan Kalyan.

Police registered complaint on Pawan Kalyan and his driver on IPC 336, 177 MV act case. This means case has been registered on Pawan Kalyan and his driver for Rash and dangerous driving.
