CBI Court adjourns Satyam case to July 2

The special Central Bureau of Investigation court, Nampalli, on Thursday adjourned the Satyam case to Friday.

After hearing the arguments of both the parties, over permission to try Raju through video conferencing from his bed, the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Justice B  V L N Chakravathi posted the case to July 2.

Meanwhile, the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) on Thursday filed a fresh report on Ramalinga Raju's medical condition before the court.

The doctors treating Raju for Hepatitis C, in their report stated they will take a decision on continuing or discontinuing the treatment by July 17.
