Parthasarathy to oversee the flood relief works

Hyderabad, Aug 25:

 Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy During the course of the cabinet meeting with his ministers immediately rushed Minister of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Mr. Kolusu Parthasarathy to Vijayawada to review the flood relief works in the flood affected areas of Vijayawada. 

The Minister who was incharge of Krishna district had to be rushed to Vijayawada after it was learnt that the city of Vijayawada was inundated with flood waters. 

The minister was rushed to the airport straight  from the cabinet meeting and was flown to Vijayawada . He was instructed by the Chief Minister to camp there and oversee the  flood relief works till the conditions return to normal. Accompanying the minister was Lagadapati Rajgopal , MP from Vijayawada.
