Hyderabad, Jan 18: The Chief Minister, Mr K Rosaiah, on Monday made it categorically clear that the separate Telangana issue can only be decided by the Congress High Command and that the State has no role to play in it.Chairing the meeting of his Cabinet, the Chief Minister reiterated that it is the Centre that can take decide on the sensitive issue of bifurcating the State.“Till that time let us concentrate on the developmental activities. are stated to have picked up an argument with the Minister for Agriculture, Mr N Raghuveera Reddy (from Rayalaseema region) and the Minister for Panchayat Raj, Mr Botsa Satyanarayana (from North Coastal Andhra).The Ministers from Telangana even pointed out the reported imbalance in the allocation of funds to Telangana, particularly in the Centrally-sponsored crop insurance scheme.
