Hyderabad, Dec 8 : It is the Centre which has the power to take the decision on the formation of a separate state, we have nothing  to do with it, said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Tuesday.Pooling up the opinion of opposition parties in the state on the Telangana issue, the Congress party has drafted a report and has forwarded it to the Congress High command in Delhi.

The High Command will discuss the report today it today and take a decision, the CM added.Regarding the proposal of introducing a move on the Telangana issue in the assembly,the CM shot back ``when the Centre is taking a decision on Telangana there is no need for us to  move a resolution on Telangana in the House.’’Referring to his visit to Delhi on Wednesday,the CM said that he is leaving foe Delhi to see Sonia Gandhi and wish her on her birthday.
