Hyderabad,Dec 5: The Joint Action Committee (JAC) of Osmania University students on Saturday warned the government of dire consequences if it did not make its stand clear on Telangana statehood demand.
Talking to media persons at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, JAC member N Kumara Swamy said they have no objection to Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief K Chandrasekhara Rao calling off his fast due to his deteriorating health.

The leaders also made it clear that KCR’s health is very valuable for the agitation and they should continue the Telangana Statehood movement with renewed vigour with his support.The student leaders made it clear they want to continue the stir without causing any damage to public or private property and loss of human lives.The Joint Action Committee also threatened to picket the Assembly on Dec 10 if the Government did not make its stand clear on Telangana issue on Dec 7.
