Purnachandra Tejaswi (Director and Head of Sports Orthopaedics &amp; Arthroscopy at KIMS Hospitals) shared the update on NTR's recovery. NTR underwent anthroscopic surgery which is less invasive and technically superior.He said "I have been getting numerous calls regarding the surgery. After multiple consultations, we decided that he would benefit from a surgery. A small joint on the top of his right shoulder was affected by the injury. It was a minimally invasive procedure but it was demanding in terms of technical expertise. He was discharged within 24 hours. He has been on a structured rehab program and physiotherapy. Union Minister of Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday called for a radical shift in approaches to urban planning, development and management to effectively meet the growing challenges of urbanization being driven by LPG (Liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation).
In his keynote address at the workshop of Secretaries of Urban Development, Housing and Local Bodies of central and state/UT governments here, Naidu underscored that people are keen about delivery of quality and assured services for which they are willing to pay and this needs to be factored in urban planning.
Naidu suggested a &lsquo;preventive&rsquo; approach to address the issues of illegal constructions and encroachments through strict enforcement of transparency and accountability on the part of all concerned. To bridge the rural-urban divide, he suggested efficient &lsquo;regional urban planning&rsquo; using appropriate technologies like GIS. The Minister stressed the need for ensuring effective public transportation in urban areas besides drinking water, solid waste management, sanitation, conservation of nature and energy.
Venkaiah Naidu said the Narendra Modi led government is committed to ensure housing for all by the year 2022, the 75th Year of the country&rsquo;s independence and to achieve this, &lsquo;Team India&rsquo; approach is required with the states/union territories playing a pro-active role. He informed that all options are being explored to meet the huge resource requirement in this regard and the central government would put in place an enabling policy environment to realize active participation of all stakeholders including banking and financial institutions. He further said that &lsquo;poor&rsquo; sections of the society are the primary focus of the central government and hence, the initiative of providing universal housing. The Minister emphasized the need for large scale skill up-gradation programme for empowering the youth for gainful employment.
Anita Agnihotri, Secretary, Housing &amp; Urban Poverty Alleviation and Urban Development said all stakeholders should learn from the experience of formulating and implementing various schemes like JNNURM and other initiatives and suggested ways and means for effective implementation of new initiatives being launched by the central government. She underscored the need for enhanced flow of credit to economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income groups (LIG). She said housing shortage in urban areas is expected to rise to 300 lakh units in 2022 from the present about 190 lakhs.
Sudhir Krishna, former Secretary, Urban Development noted that there is a direct correlation between urbanization and economic growth and per capita income. He called for planned urbanization for reaping the benefits flowing from it.
Administrative secretaries from central and state/UT governments dealing with urban development, housing and urban local bodies have today held intensive brainstorming sessions on various related issues including implementation aspects. Ministers dealing with these subjects will deliberate on various issues tomorrow to draw up a way forward on new initiatives including Housing for All by 2022.

Muralidhar Goud and Sudhakar Reddy comes with spirited performances and the director Uday Chauhan comes with simple story with interesting point. He tried to send a message to society in an entertaining manner but fails to connect chords with the viewers completely as the conflict point turns out to be weak.Uday Chauhan chose a simple point and tried to drive home an important message on how technology impacting the lives of people and children neglecting their parents in the old age. He takes the viewers into the story at the start itself but from then on failed to drive home the point in a convincing manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. Instead of the protagonist unraveling the mystery of Agadha, other characters reveal everything to her, leaving nothing for her to do, thus diluting the over all impact. To the top of it, repetitive scenes impacted the flow of the narration. However, he generates interest in the runup to the climax before ending it in a decent manner.Nani Chamidisetty with his cinematography created the desired impact. He showed the scenes in an impactful manner using the color combinations and camera angles perfectly. The VFX and Graphics are of good quality. The interval sequence and the possession of the spirit excites all, setting the tone for the second half.The second half's gangster role is dragged to the core. While few comedy scenes involving Varun Tej and Satya evoked laughter, others looked forced. The climax takes everyone by surprise and though looked different didn't leave the desired impact. The story ends in a funny way with the lead to the sequel.Thaman's music offered nothing new. The songs are few and didn't make much impact. Thaman's background music followed the same template. He however with the background music elevated the scenes. Manojh Reddy with his Cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic way. CGI and VFX looked subpar. Editing of Satya G left a lot to be desired. Dialogues are ok and couple of them are hilarious. The series comes with 7 episodes and each episode has the duration of 25-35 minutes. Many gripping courtroom dramas like Amitabh Bachchan's Pink and its remake Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab came. He drew inspiration from them and tried to tell them in a realistic way.The narration starts in an interesting manner and the director does well balancing both sides of the views. The first three episodes keep the interest levels intact, but when one expects it to reach the next level with intense courtroom arguments, the director loses steam.From then on everything turns repetitive, testing the patience of the viewers. The slow pace of the narration ends up irritating the people. Dialogues turnout to be pretty ordinary. The expected emotions and drama in the courtroom arguments goes missing completely. Even the character arcs are not created properly after the initial introduction. The series and the narration lacked the required twists and turns.The first four episodes are predictable and offer no real twists. The fifth episode had a small twist but it did not excite anyone. The entry of Sameera only generates little interest. Many characters and their relations are not established properly and also there are many illogical scenes and convenient episodes.The background score of Anil Chiluvuru is good. However the cinematography of Suryaa and editing of Kishore turned out to be below average. But once again the Samuthirakhani character puts off all initially with the weak role. The second half screenplay turns out to be racy and director decided to concentrate on main plot rather than spend time on unnecessary comedy scenes. The twists and the climax take the film to the next level.Kushender Ramesh Reddy with his cinematography added value to the narration. He with his camera angles got the desired impact on the screen. Gyaani's background music elevated the scenes and ensured the narration sails smoothly maintaining the same tempo. He drew inspiration from physics' popular Newton's Third Law and came up with a crime thriller. He started the narration without wasting time showing the investigation scenes of the murder. The first half goes at a steady pace with narration intact except for few drags here and there. The screenplay is racy and with twists coming now and then, the first half turns out to be a decent watch.This set the tone for the interesting second half. While many expected the investigation to take off to new heights, the director Karna concentrated on highlighting the emotions and this impacted the pace of the narration. The screenplay went for the toss and this put off the viewers disconnecting them completely.To the top of it, the uneven pace, convoluted screenplay and investigation detailing instead of showing in action, concluding in dialogues, turned out to be a huge disappointment. What started as a thrilling ride turned out to be a bumpy ride in the end.The cinematography of Veda Vyas Gottipati showed the scenes in a natural and impactful manner. He used the camera angles and color combinations to maximum impact to show night scenes in an effective and realistic way. Anil Palasa's editing turned out to be a mixed bag. His editing is tight for most of the first half but he lost focus in the second half including many unnecessary and repetitive scenes.The background music of Sinjith Yerramilli created a good impact and elevated the scenes to the next level taking viewers into the narration keeping the interest levels intact. The songs however acted as the speed brakers. Dialogues are natural and realistic and at times thought provoking. The story is decent and screenplay is racy for most of the first half before going for the toss in the second half. Little finetuning of the script would have added more punch to the final output. Right from the start till the finish, much to the shock to all he followed the same routine outdated formula which wouldn't have worked even two decades back.The narration has the same commercial elements, hero introduction, hero-heroine romantic track, stunts and songs, etc. The first half is full of such scenes, and the narration goes on testing the patience of all with slow pace, predictable screenplay, and outdated story.The hope of better second half nosedives completely with even more monotonous scenes. After a point of time, people look towards the exit door for respite. Even the entry of Mohan Babu doesn't improve the narration and add value to the proceedings.The music tuned GV Prakash Kumar tuned offered nothing new. The songs just come and go like a template and do not add any value to the narration and story. Instead, they turned out to be speed brakers.
