Ysr Congress Party's demand for voting on State Reorganisation Bill again led to the adjournment of the State Legislative Assembly for a brief time on Thursday.

As soon as the House met at 9 AM, the YSRCP MLAs trooped into the well raising slogans of Jai Samaikhyandhra. They were agitated over rejection of their adjournment motion notice demanding voting on Telangana Bill by Speaker Nadendla Manohar. The YSRCP members resorted to slogan shouting stalling the proceedings of the House.

The Assembly resumed the debate on Telangana Bill after it reassembled at about 9.30 AM. The Speaker allotted three-minutes each to the MLAs to speak on the Bill.
