Danam slams opposition for No Trust Motion

Labour Minister Danam Nagender on Thursday expressed confidence that the Congress Government would defeat the No Confidence Motion moved the opposition parties.

Talking to reporters at Assembly's media point, Nagender said that the opposition parties have moved the No Confidence Motion only to draw media attention. Admitting that the State was reeling under sever power crisis, he said that serious steps were being taken by the government to overcome the crisis. He said the opposition parties had no valid reason to move No Trust Vote.

Denying any secret pact with the Telugu Desam Party, he said that the other opposition parties fell into the trap which they laid for the Congress Government.
