Crisis in Karnataka Govt deepens, MLAs in Gali camp in Hyderabad

Hyderabad,Oct 29:The Karnataka scene is now understood to have been shifted to Hyderabad.  The Gali Brothers, who are leading the team of dissidents and are threatening to pull down the Yeddiyurappa Government in the neighboring State, are reposing faith in their close aides here than their associates in Bengaluru. Thus Mr Gali Janardhan Reddy, a Minister in the Yeddiyurappa Cabinet, is stated to have decided to shift his camp to Hyderabad and is understood to have been in close contact with his connections here. He has reportedly shifted to Hyderabad the MLAs who have pledged loyalty to him. And, the Gali Brothers have already reached Hyderabad city by a special helicopter.

A source in Hyderabad has already confirmed that some MLAs who are supporting Mr Janardhan Reddy have now reached Hyderabad.  Though the source did not name the star hotel where the legislators are camping, it has been gathered that the Karnataka BJP MLAs are lodged in Novatel Hotel near Shamshabad Airport in the city.“They are now camping in a five-star hotel here and are likely to be taken to a guest house in order to keep them away from the tempting offers that the Yeddiyurappa Government is ready to offer to attract them to their side,” a source in Hyderabad said.More MLAs who are slowly extending their support to the Gali Brothers are also likely to be moved to the city by Friday. They are likely to be taken to the guest house of the Brahmani Steels in Maheswaram on the city outskirts.

“As majority of the legislators -- 119 of the 224-member House -- are now in the Gali Brothers camp, they are being brought to Hyderabad to check any efforts by the rival camps to attract them. It is certain that the Yeddiyurappa regime has come to an end ,” the source claimed. However, no senior BJP leader is ready to confirm that the Karnataka MLAs are shifted to Hyderabad. “We have absolutely no clue about the movement of the BJP MLAs to the city,” a senior BJP leader said.
