Manohar   had earlier asked the MLAs to come on Tuesday so that a decision on their resignation may be accepted. However he did not come to the office and agitated over his non presence the   Tdp MLAs staged a sit in demonstration before his chambers.

Another legislator   S. Venugopal Chary   stayed in his constituency due to attend the last rites of a party worker and he could not come to Hyderabad to meet the Speaker. Harishwar Reddy further said that they   had no connection with the Tdp and its supremo N Chandra Babu Naidu. He appealed the other Tdp legislators   not to be content   by submitting their resignations but they should also press for acceptance. Otherwise no purpose would be served by merely tendering resignations if they are not accepted.

He suggested the Congress leaders not to visit New Delhi for any further talks and asked  that when Congress party emissaries  could visit the State to meet the film star and Praja Rajyam Party Chief  Chiranjeevi  to hold talks for merger of his party in the Congress, then why the  central leaders do not come to Hyderabad to hold talks with Telangana protagonists.

He said that the recent   events clearly indicate that the Congress Party, the Tdp and the Centre are hand in glove to implement the secret eighth chapter of Srikrishna committee report  for not creating Telangana state.

Jogi Ramman MLA said that the Prime Minister   Manmohan   Singh   and the Congress Party chief Sonia Gandhi should visit Hyderabad to seek a solution of the Telangana issue.
