Hyderabad, Sept 11 :

Maddelacheruvu Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri, the prime accused in the murder of senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Paritala Ravindra and is undergoing sentence at the Ananthapur jail in the sensational Jubilee Hills car bomb blast case, is on Friday morning shifted to the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) in Hyderabad.

Suri is stated to have complained of some back ache following which he is shifted to the multi-speciality hospital in the capital city of Hyderabad from the Ananthapur jail. “He has been suffering from the problem for quite some time. On Friday, the pain is aggravated and he is thus shifted to NIMS for treatment,” police sources said.

However, some political circles here strongly suspect some interior motives behind shifting Suri to the NIMS, particularly against the backdrop of the changing political scenario in the State.
