Sparks fly between Revanth Reddy and Owaisi. MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi's alleged disparagement of a first-time Dalit MLA sparked a verbal clash with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who labeled MIM as a perennial ally of the ruling party.

The dispute began when Congress' Manakonduru legislator K. Satyanarayana questioned Owaisi's decade-long failure to fulfill a basic demand for 500 electricity poles in the Old City, despite close ties with the BRS government.

In response, Owaisi dismissed the criticism, stating, "Kids should not interfere in elders’ conversations." Revanth Reddy intervened, urging humility and emphasizing that belittling a Dalit MLA tarnished Owaisi's image.

Revanth Reddy turned the tables, holding Owaisi, ex-CM K. Chandrashekar Rao, and former finance minister T. Harish Rao accountable for power bill arrears in their respective areas. The discussion shifted to Owaisi's support for BRS, alleging collusion with the BJP in seat selection.

Denying exclusive Muslim support, Revanth Reddy questioned Owaisi's reliance on Muslim votes. He cited instances where AIMIM's actions impacted election outcomes, emphasizing the party's non-exclusive claim to Muslim issues.

The conversation touched on former power minister G. Jagadish Reddy's claims about no power protests during BRS's regime, countered by Revanth Reddy's mention of farmer protests from news reports.

The dialogue expanded to MIM's historical alliances with figures like Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, highlighting the party's involvement in unseating prominent leaders over the years.
