Ace director VV Vinayak and his brother Surendra are known to have played the key role in Mr. Thota Kanna Rao of Rajahmundry winning the distribution rights of ‘Robot,’ the Telugu version of Tamil ‘Enthiran.’ As per the reports, Kanna Rao, a Maize trader in West Godavari district has paid an advance of Rs. 10 crores to Sun Pictures for a final settlement of Telugu distribution rights for Rs. 27 crores.

After Chadalawada and Bellamkonda tried their best to win ‘Robot,’ it was Kanna Rao who bought it for highest amount for a dubbed film ever in Tollywood. Kanna Rao is an ardent fan of Rajinikanth and this made him to take a small risk as film by every chance has got the potential to turn into a jackpot. Let us see, how will Kanna Rao’s fate turn on.
