Madhavan in GD Naidu biopic

Madhavan is known for his different genre entertainers. He sometime back came up with a spellbinding performance in the role of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in the film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. Now it is coming out that he is starring in another interesting biopic. He is starring in the role of GD. Naidu.

Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited announcing the project shared the first look posting “Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited signed with GD Naidu charities to make a Biopic on the life and achievements of Miracle man #GDNaidu with @ActorMadhavan as the lead,”

Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu was an inventor and engineer and was hailed as the Edison of India he invited India's first electric motor. He is known for his contributions to mechanical, electrical, and agricultural fields.

The biopic will be directed by Krishna Kumar. GD. Naidu was born in a Telugu-speaking family and dropped out of school after 3rd class when he was smitten by the 1912 Rudge Motor Bike of a British Officer. He was credited for setting up India's first polytechnic college which is now the Government Polytechnic of Coimbatore.
