Vijay Sethupathi doing a film in direction of Mysskin

Vijay Sethupathi, the versatile actor who is enjoying popularity in south film industry has been got to actor for many big films when it comes to crucial or antagonist role. Vijay Sethupathi too accepts various character roles and villain roles and delivered. He adds more weight to the role and film with his presence. He recently ventured into OTT space by doing key role in Shahid Kapoor starred Farzi in Amazon Prime. 

But, Vijay Sethupathi is facing continuous failures as lead actor in hia native Tamil language. Last year release Kaaduvaathula Rendu Kaathal co-starring Nayanthara and Samantha was only respite for him from a series of flops. He is concentrating to score some hits as lead actor. For this he has acccepted film in big production house with acclaimed director.

Vijay Sethupathi will be doing a film in direction of Mysskin which will be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. The pre production is said to be began, and the shooting will begin in the end of May. and an official announcement regarding the project is soon to be made by the makers. Interestingly, this isn't the only collaboration between the actor and the director, as Sethupathi will also be seen in a special appearance in Mysskin's upcoming film 'Pisasu 2'

Vijay Sethupathi has a series of films in the pipeline including "Mumbaikaar" - the remake of the Tamil film "Maanagaram" and "Merry Christmas" alongside Katrina Kaif. Meanwhile, Mysskin has been making his acting debut in Vijay - Lokesh Kanagaraj's much-anticipated film "Leo,". He is also gearing up to release his directorial "Pisasu 2," starring Andrea.
